As a Project Manager, you play a crucial role in minimizing issues, optimizing project processes, and coaching teams to success. - Setting up and monitoring budgets and timelines;
- Engaging and informing stakeholders and creating connections between them;
- Leading, guiding, and coaching the project team;
- Preparing project reports and coordinating the project process;
- Identifying risks and solving problems.
Additionally, you possess the following practical skills
- A completed HBO or WO education (Bachelor’s or Master’s level);
- At least 2 years of experience as a project leader or in a similar role;
- Knowledge of various project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 and SCRUM;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both at the strategic and tactical level;
- An organized work style and the ability to bring structure to projects;
- Creativity, flexibility, persuasiveness, and agility.
