inQdo is growing! And with that growth, financial and administrative matters are becoming more complex. That’s why inQdo is looking for a Financial Administrative Assistant to join our team for 32 hours per week. Someone who enjoys working with numbers and deadlines!
What will you be doing?
As a Financial Administrative Assistant, you’ll ensure that the financial and project administration of the inQdo Group is accurate and up to date. You’ll set up projects, subscriptions, and purchase and sales invoices in Exact Online. You’ll make sure employees submit their timesheets on time and team leads approve them, so you can proceed with invoicing.
In addition, you’ll carry out all tasks typically associated with a financial administrative role. This includes collecting and processing all financial data in the bookkeeping system, setting up and managing financial processes, and documenting them properly. You’ll handle accounts receivable and payable, file tax returns, and process bank statements. You won’t hesitate to contact a customer or colleague when something’s gone wrong with a payment.
Besides financial tasks, you’ll also support with various administrative matters. You’ll help colleagues with expense claims and ordering office supplies. Once you're fully up to speed, you’ll also be responsible for documenting and keeping financial processes up to date, as well as preparing monthly and quarterly reports. You’ll support management with insights and actions, and help project leads with specific progress reports for client projects. You'll also assist the accountant in preparing and processing the annual accounts.

What you bring
As a Financial Administrative Assistant, you're precise, accurate, a process thinker, and have strong communication skills. You're pragmatic, take initiative, and take full ownership of your tasks.
You also have:

A relevant education (focused on financial administration);

At least 2 years of relevant work experience;

Higher professional education (HBO) working and thinking level;
-
Knowledge of Google Sheets or Microsoft Office (especially Excel);

Experience with Exact Online is a plus, experience with a financial system is a must;

Excellent command of Dutch, both written and spoken, and a good command of English.
