Are you a driven Support Engineer who looks beyond just solving support issues? Do you want to not only assist customers but also elevate the processes within the Operations team? Then we are looking for you!
As a Medior Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will register, analyze, and resolve incidents reported by customers or through internal processes. You will convert incoming inquiries into tickets in our service management system and ensure a swift resolution. When necessary, you will coordinate with a Consultant or Developer to find the best solution.
Working independently, you will handle (complex) technical issues. You know when to resolve an incident yourself, collaborate with colleagues, or consult with your team lead. Additionally, you are not afraid to pick up the phone and contact the customer at the right moment.
Besides resolving technical issues, you will actively contribute to improving our team’s processes. Your input will help streamline our workflows and enhance customer support. You will critically assess opportunities for smart improvements and contribute to elevating our service to the next level. Your goal is to improve the quality of our support and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Additionally, you will be excited about:
- Monitoring Managed Service customer agreements and reporting on them.
- Successfully delivering projects in collaboration with development teams and incorporating them into Managed Services.
- Optimizing our Managed Service processes and service offerings.
- Automating workflows instead of relying on repetitive manual tasks ("No clickops, but automation").
At inQdo, it’s all about learning together, developing, and doing what you enjoy. Together, we are building a stronger, future-proof service!
What you bring
You have an eye for detail and work meticulously—nothing escapes your attention! To deliver the best quality, you always stay informed about what’s happening with your customers. You are naturally curious and energized by problem-solving.
Additionally, you possess the following qualities:
- At least two years of experience as a Support Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude to continuously improve together with the team.
- Experience with service management and ticket handling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of infrastructure, cloud services, functionalities, and operational processes.
- AWS Associate certification is a plus.
- Excellent command of both Dutch and English.
What we offer
inQdo provides a work environment where you will have significant responsibility in your role. You will be part of a very flat organization with short communication lines. Besides this great work environment, inQdo offers attractive benefits:
